Review of Brigid B&BDuring my recent stay at Brigid B&B, I found a compelling blend of comfort and value that appeals to both budget-conscious travelers and those seeking a touch of luxury. The spacious clean room, complete with a balcony, provided a nice retreat after our explorations of Florence. While the location is a good 30-minute walk from the Duomo, superb public transport options-including nearby bus stops and the Campo de Marte train station-make city access simple. The unique reception arrangement at the bar added an interesting touch to our stay. Despite being located above a pub, noise levels were surprisingly low, allowing for a restful night. The owners and bartenders were friendly, enhancing our experience with their hospitality. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of fresh pastries, fruit, and gluten-free options, along with complimentary beverages, including coffee and a pint of beer. Storage for leftovers and access to kitchen facilities made it a practical choice. With competitive pricing and amenities like flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi, Brigid B&B presents an excellent value for those visiting Florence.
